Terms of service

What Ublio is. A tool that generates, validates and transmits structured e-invoices. You remain responsible for the correctness of the data you enter and for your own tax and legal compliance.

What validation means. Validation covers a documented subset of EN 16931 and Peppol BIS 3.0 business rules. A "valid" result reduces the chance of rejection; it is not a guarantee of acceptance by any receiver or authority, and not legal or tax advice.

Delivery. Peppol delivery is performed via certified third-party access points. Delivery confirmations reflect the access point's response.

Subscriptions. Pro is billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled any time; access ends at the end of the paid period. Fair use applies to "unlimited" invoice generation.

Liability. The service is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
