Don't switch invoicing software just to send one Peppol invoice
Your invoice was rejected?
Send a valid Peppol e-invoice in minutes.
Your customer now requires structured e-invoices your tool can't produce. Keep the software you have — create a validated Peppol BIS 3.0 invoice (EN 16931) in your browser and deliver it over the Peppol network.
No signup for your first invoices. Download the XML free — pay only to deliver over the network.
Why this exists
The law changed
Since 1 January 2026, structured e-invoicing is mandatory between Belgian VAT-registered businesses, with fines of €1,500–€5,000 since April. Germany already requires businesses to receive e-invoices; in France, every business must be able to receive them from September 2026, with mandatory issuance phasing in through 2027. Even where the law doesn't bind you directly — like many foreign suppliers — your customers' systems increasingly do.
A PDF is no longer an invoice
Large customers and public bodies increasingly reject PDFs and demand Peppol BIS, XRechnung or EN 16931 XML. If your invoicing tool can't produce it, payment stalls.
Switching software is overkill
You don't need a new ERP to send a handful of compliant invoices. Fill one form here, we validate every field and amount, and deliver it to your customer's Peppol inbox.
